The essay262 words

Over the past two decades, technology has become a central part of almost every aspect of modern life. Many people thinks that technology have changed our life and it is more easier to talk with others. However, others argue that it has also created a number of new difficulties. In my opinion, while technology does bring some complications, its benefits clearly outweigh the drawbacks. Technology has made communication faster and far more convenient, allowing families who live in different countries to stay connected, even when older generations often struggles to keep up with rapid change.

The reason you stopped trusting the number

You walked into the exam guessing.

These are real things retakers say about AI checkers. The score swings, the chatbot lowballs a Band 9, the rebill is silent. That distrust is exactly what we built Examinerly to end.

I submit the same essay and one app says 6 to 7, another says 8 to 8.5. Which one is even real?
r/IELTS
I fed it a real Band 9 sample and it scored a 7. Now I have no idea what band my writing actually is.

It grades the same essay differently every time, sometimes by as much as a band and a half.

I paid for lifetime access and it gave examiner Band 9 essays a 6. I do not know what to do now.

Honest enough to bet a retake on

An honest band, not a flattering one.

Calibrated against real examiner-scored essays. Human markers themselves disagree by about half a band, and we lean conservative: we would rather tell you the truth than flatter you into a band you will not get on test day. And we do not stop at grammar: we score Task Response, a quarter of your band and the reason most retakers stay stuck.

Volunteer work has been promoted by many schools and even designated as a requirement. I believe that unpaid work is of great value for those young participants as well as the whole society, although it is a daunting task for some.
